Urgam is a vast and pristine valley nestled in the lower Himalayas of Uttarakhand, India.
Located at an altitude of 2,100 meters, it is surrounded by dense forests and majestic Himalayan peaks.
Until today, Urgam remains largely free from tourism and commercialization, preserving its rich biodiversity, particularly its vibrant birdlife.

Small villages dot the valley, inhabited by locals who are primarily engaged in sustainable agriculture.
The villagers maintain a deep, harmonious connection with the land, taking only what is necessary for survival and cherishing their natural surroundings with reverence.
